"The Shape of Things to Come"

Development/testing of our new Rotorcraft projects continues into 2007. With ongoing changes in the Ultralight/Light Sport arena, we have put the development of both our FAR Part 103 legal Ultralight gyro and the 2-3 seat cargo twin-engine gyro on hold. Feedback from recent air shows has convinced us that the Sport Pilot category currently holds the most promise for introducing our new Rotor-Plane. This unique hybrid, in development for the past 5 years, utilizes the best of Heli/Gyro/STOL Aircraft and has also been designed from the ground up to be Roadable. We will be doing 2 seminars at Oshkosh 2007 airshow on this unique design. Stay tuned for future website updates.

Tractor GyroPlanes

Tractor design allows for maximum propeller diameter and increased efficiency in clean air with front nose cowl and fairing to provide maximum thrust and performance.

Taildragger landing gear with large "tundra tires", cable braced tempered aluminum main gear, and steerable tailwheel for superior handling off runway on rough terrain.

Conventional elevator control in the pitch axis to minimize "porpoising" and "bunt-over" - the main causes of fatalities in conventional gyro-copters.

Chrome-moly roll cage construction with pilot enclosure and lexan windshield for optimal safety and pilot comfort.

Optional pre-rotator assembly for reduced take off distance.
